STAYINTRVL TERMS & POLICIES

By booking a reservation with StayINTRVL, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Policies.

ELIGIBILITY TO BOOK

The primary booking guest must:

• Be at least 25 years old
• Provide valid payment and contact information
• Remain present at the property during the reservation

StayINTRVL reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations that violate these requirements.

PAYMENTS & RESERVATIONS

Payment schedules, fees, taxes, and security deposits are displayed at the time of booking. By submitting payment, guests authorize StayINTRVL to charge reservation balances, security deposits, damage claims, excessive cleaning fees, additional guest fees, and policy violation penalties. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund if canceled 30+ days before check-in.
• 50% refund of the nightly rate if canceled 7-30 days before check-in.
• No refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.
• Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days before check-in.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

SECURITY DEPOSITS & DAMAGES

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking remediation, county fines, neighbor complaints, and damage caused by pets or vendors. Any damages exceeding the security deposit remain the responsibility of the booking guest. StayINTRVL reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for damages or policy violations.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS

Each property has a strict maximum occupancy limit listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests, parties, or exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate termination of the reservation, additional charges, loss of security deposit, and removal from the property without refund.

Gatherings or events with more than 20 total people require prior written approval from StayINTRVL and may be subject to additional fees, insurance requirements, or restrictions. Unauthorized gatherings exceeding approved occupancy are strictly prohibited.

QUIET HOURS & RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, outdoor amplified music, or disturbances may result in fines or immediate termination of the reservation.

PROPERTY USE & SHARED SPACES

Some StayINTRVL properties include shared gates, parking areas, driveways, and access roads. Guests agree to respect all shared spaces, posted signage, and neighboring guests. Parking is only permitted in designated areas.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Guests acknowledge that use of all amenities is at their own risk, including hot tubs, stock tank pools, fire pits, outdoor movie areas, hammocks, pickleball or basketball courts, sauna or cold plunge areas, and desert terrain. Children must be supervised at all times. StayINTRVL is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damage resulting from use of the property or amenities.

DESERT ENVIRONMENT DISCLAIMER

Guests acknowledge that desert and mountain environments may include uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, extreme temperatures, wind or dust storms, power outages, and limited cellular service. Guests assume all responsibility for personal safety while on the property and surrounding areas.

PET POLICY

Select StayINTRVL properties are pet-friendly. Approved pets must be disclosed prior to arrival, remain supervised, not damage the property, and be cleaned up after. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the reservation. Guests remain financially responsible for all pet-related damages.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking or vaping inside any StayINTRVL property is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees, immediate termination of the reservation, and loss of security deposit. Outdoor smoking is only permitted in designated areas and all waste must be properly disposed of.

MAINTENANCE, UTILITIES & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

While StayINTRVL works to maintain all amenities and utilities, temporary interruptions may occasionally occur, including internet outages, hot tub maintenance, appliance malfunctions, utility interruptions, and weather-related disruptions. No refunds will be issued for temporary outages or issues beyond reasonable control.

FORCE MAJEURE

StayINTRVL shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including wildfires, severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, road closures, power outages, or acts of God. Refunds related to force majeure events are issued solely at StayINTRVL's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For safety and security purposes, exterior security cameras may be installed at entrances, parking areas, and outdoor common spaces. No cameras are ever located inside guest accommodations or private areas. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

StayINTRVL and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, theft, loss of personal belongings, travel disruptions, service interruptions, or accidents occurring on or around the property. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

StayINTRVL reserves the right to refuse reservations, remove guests, or cancel bookings for violations of these policies, illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or actions negatively impacting neighbors, staff, or the property.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

StayINTRVL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or properties after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Policies.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of California.
